Key responsibilities for the Waiter position include:
- Welcoming guests and guiding them through the menu, highlighting special items.
- Taking and fulfilling food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensuring a clean and organized dining area while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
- Handling guest inquiries and feedback with tact and professionalism.
- Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy their experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a waiter or similar role within a high-quality dining environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
