Overview

We are hiring German speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a leading global online

travel platform supporting millions of travellers and accommodation partners worldwide.

This is a fully remote role from anywhere in Greece, supporting customers and partners via

inbound calls, email and chat. You will handle reservation questions, account issues,

modifications and general support queries in German, with some English usage depending on daily volumes.

Ideal for candidates looking for a stable international role with structured training and long term career potential.

 

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email and chat

Support users with reservations, cancellations and modifications

Assist with payment and refund queries

Respond to complaints and service issues

Provide account and platform guidance

Support both travellers and accommodation partners depending on queue

Use internal systems to review bookings and customer records

Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets

Escalate complex cases when required

 

Candidate Profile

German language at C1 to C2 level

English at B2 or higher

Strong written communication skills

Good PC and system navigation ability

Comfortable multitasking across tools and channels

Customer focused and solution driven

Experience in customer support, contact centre or hospitality is helpful but not required

 

Salary and Benefits

Base salary 1300 EUR x 14 monthly payments

10 percent monthly performance bonus

Edenred Ticket Restaurant allowance 100 EUR per month based on attendance
