Overview

We are hiring German speaking Customer Care and Technical Support Advisors to support a well known global premium technology and home appliance brand. This is a fully remote role from anywhere in Greece. You will handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email and chat, supporting with product questions, orders, aftersales topics and basic technical issues. The role combines customer service, light sales support and technical guidance, with structured training and clear quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email and chat

Support customers with product enquiries and order questions

Assist with delivery and aftersales topics

Provide first level technical support and troubleshooting

Guide customers through product usage and setup

Work across multiple systems and virtual desktop tools

Escalate unresolved or complex cases to specialist teams

Meet quality, service and resolution KPIs

 

Candidate Profile

German language at C1 to C2 level

English at B2 or higher

Previous customer service experience required

Good technical understanding and affinity with technology

Confident navigating multiple systems and browser tools

Strong communication and problem solving skills

 

Salary and Benefits

Base salary 1300 EUR x 14 monthly payments

150 EUR monthly performance bonus

Edenred Ticket Restaurant allowance 100 EUR per month based on attendance

Permanent employment contract
