What We are looking for 

As a Facilities & Maintenance Associate, you will support the Facility Manager in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of a building or workplace by performing tasks such as organizing repairs, coordinating maintenance schedules, and managing supplies.

What you will work on

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems like plumbing and electrical. Address minor repairs or coordinate with specialists for larger issues.
Maintain and ensure proper functioning of tools, machines, and other facility equipment
Communicate with contractors, service providers, and suppliers for facility-related needs.
Identify and report safety hazards, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and perform emergency repairs if required.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms, workspaces, or event areas as needed.
 

What you bring

Degree in Facility Management or in a relevant field is nice to have
Working experience in maintenance, custodial work, or facilities management is nice to have
Knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing) and basic repair tools.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Strong computer skills with advanced MS Excel skills
Possess a can-do attitude and be a team player
