Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Basic responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
Answer telephone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Follow hotel policies and security procedures to ensure guest safety.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or front desk positions preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to use hotel management software and basic computer applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is a plus.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Fluent in English. Additional languages ​​are an advantage.
