Customer Support Specialist

Our company, which operates in the sector of parapharmaceutical products and aesthetic medicine products based in the area of ​Chalandri, Athens, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist, for immediate recruitment in a full-time onsite position.

 

Position Περιγραφή

Efficient and prompt communication with customers, in English, by phone, chat and e-mail
Manage customers’ requests and seize opportunities to upsell products (when they arise)
Identify customers’ needs, provide information about the products and resolve any issue by providing the best solution 
Cooperate effectively with the sales department, as required 
Ensure that high level service is provided and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction 
Collect and analyze call center’s statistics
Prepare reports for other departments or top management
Maintain and update customer support databases

 

Requirements

Fluency in English (verbal and written communication)
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a similar position
Knowledge of handling ERP & CRM systems
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and e-mail
Knowledge of SoftOne software would be considered as a plus
