C&L Communications is a leading provider in the UK fibre network industry. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in MS Office, SharePoint, data entry, and fluent English writing. This role requires an upbeat virtual assistant capable of fulfilling tasks within deadlines efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

– Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, manage, and file documentation related to fibre network operations. This includes maintaining records in SharePoint and other document management systems.

– Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases. Ensure all data is up-to-date and correctly recorded.

– MS Office Management: Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

– Communication: Write and edit clear, concise, and grammatically correct business correspondence. Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

– Virtual Assistance: Provide virtual administrative support to team members and management. Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed.

– Task Coordination: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

– Compliance: Ensure that all administrative processes comply with company policies and industry regulations. Support the team in preparing evidence and documentation as required for audits and reviews.

– Support for SPO Process: Assist in the Self-Provide Order (SPO) process, ensuring that all required evidence is collected, validated, and submitted according to guidelines.



– Proven experience as an administrative officer, virtual assistant, or similar role.

– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Familiarity with the fibre network industry or technical documentation is a plus.
