General Role
* Answering telephone, directing inquiries to the appropriate person, taking messages
* Manage incoming emails
* Calendar management
* Updating and maintaining a catalog
* Maintain electronic filing in order
* Mail processing
* Issuance of customer invoices/receipts
* Maintaining order in the reception area and meeting room
* Support other staff
Main job duties and responsibilities
* Answering, checking and direct calls
* Receive and relay messages
* Scheduling meetings and sending meeting confirmations
* Receive, scan, store and distribute mail
* Open new files
* AML (anti-money laundering) management of customer records
* Data entry into the case management system
* Management of online meetings (via Zoom) and reception of clients for any on-site meetings
* Professional support during any on-site meetings (refreshments, scanning, etc.)
* Stationery order management
* Ad hoc tasks where required
