PHONE SALES EXECUTIVE

We are seeking for a direct phone sales representative with the following responsibilities for the Cypriot Market. The candidate will work online from home thus he/she can be a Greek resident:

Direct selling of products or services directly to customers οver the phone
Educating customers about products and services offered by the company
Providing customer service to existing clients by answering questions about products or services
Setting up Online meetings with potential clients to discuss product offerings in detail (via Microsoft TEAMS)
Participating in training programs to learn about new products and services offered by the company (via Microsoft TEAMS)
Maintaining records of all sales made, including follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products or services purchased
Maintaining records of sales leads and potential clients to whom they have spoken in order to follow up with them at a later date
 

Required Skills and Qualifications

·        Proven PHONE sales experience

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·        Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Thorough understanding of the sales process from start to finish

·        High school diploma or equivalent

·        Product knowledge

·        Time management

·        Problem solving skills

·        Fluent English and Greek

·        Good knowledge of Microsoft office
