As a Waiter, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests and providing them with menus and information about our offerings.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to maintain service quality.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Addressing guest inquiries, resolving any issues gracefully, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Contributing to a friendly and positive atmosphere for both guests and team members.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a waiter or in a customer service role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing excellent guest service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dining environment.
